The victim was a priori on a scooter when she was targeted, she was hit in the leg, at the level of the tibia. The suspect then allegedly stole the victim’s two-wheeler to escape. The injured was taken care of by the SMUR and the firefighters, who moved quickly. Its vital prognosis is not engaged.
